Why Western Finance and Western Medicine will both fail
(NaturalNews) Here at NaturalNews, we've been publicly predicting the fall of Western Medicine for nearly five years. During that time, we've also covered the increasingly precarious financial situation, warning readers in 2005 and 2006 about the impending housing bubble crash and the implications for the entire financial system.
In covering these two topics (western medicine and western finance), I've come to recognize many strong parallels between the two. This article explores the common threads of deception that characterize these two powerful institutions.
#1 They're both based on fraud and deception
Both Western Finance and Western Medicine are fundamentally based on fraud. The fraud of Western Finance is that you can create money from nothing and everybody can get rich by selling each other fictitious financial instruments that have no connection to reality. The fraud of Western Medicine is that everybody can get healthy by taking fictitious patented chemicals (pharmaceuticals) rather than addressing fundamental issues of nutrition, exercise and exposure to consumer chemicals.
Western Finance's fraud is committed by high-brow academics who contrive complicated derivative financial instruments that are then presented to the investment community as things of real value (which they are not). Western Medicine's fraud is committed by high-ego medical researchers who selectively massage clinical trial data to create fictitious "scientific" results that are then presented to the FDA as fact. The FDA then "approves" such drugs which are sold to the public as medicines that treat "disease" (which are also fictitious, by the way; being voted into existence by a panel of experts who benefit from such disease definitions).
Both the financial instruments and FDA-approved medications are fraudulent to begin with, and they offer nothing of real, lasting value to anyone. They're both sold simply for momentary profits, without any regard for the health or the wealth of the People.
#2 When problems arise, they both treat symptoms rather than solving the causes
The $700 billion financial bailout created in Washington is a classic example of Western Medicine's "treat the symptoms" mentality. Rather than address the root cause of the problem (the Fed's control over the money supply and the very structure of fractional-reserve banking), politicians seem satisfied to rig up a series of financial bandages that allow them to pretend the problem has been solved.
In Western Medicine, this "treat the symptoms" approach is the de facto treatment philosophy taught in medical school: Ignore the real cause, don't bother educating patients about diet or exercise, and simply prescribe pharmaceuticals to mask the problem for as long as possible.
In both cases, the patient inevitably gets sicker: The financial situation festers and grows like an unchecked cancer tumor, and while stop-gap measures can create the illusion of a healthy patient, these actions inevitably contribute to far greater crisis down the road, where the patient eventually crashes and dies.
The financial sickness now infecting banks, lenders and insurance companies across the globe is an unchecked pandemic of infectious debt. But rather than addressing the cause of the infections, the financial industry seems satisfied to refinance the disease carriers so they can rise up, coughing and sputtering as they pass along the disease to anyone within breathing distance.
#3 They both enrich powerful corporations while impoverishing the People
The key agenda of both the financial and health industries is to enrich wealthy corporations at the expense of the public. In Western Finance, this is being done by privatizing the financial gains while socializing the financial losses. In other words, all the profits go to the wealthy elite while all the losses are passed along to taxpayers (this is the fundamental point of the $700 billion bailout, of course).
In Western Medicine, virtually every regulatory policy in effect today is constructed to enrich corporations. The FDA's censorship of true health claims on nutritional supplements, the FTC's crackdown on anti-cancer herbal remedies, the DEA's raids on medical marijuana... these campaigns are all conducted solely to protect the profits of the pharmaceutical companies at the expense of public health.
Think about it: Monopoly pricing on pharmaceuticals sold in the USA is enforced by the FDA and FTC. Approvals of drugs based on outright fraudulent science is openly granted by the FDA. Raids against vitamin companies, supplement companies and natural product retailers are organized and conducted by both the FTC and FDA, two regulatory bodies that engage in outright extortion, threatening natural health companies with bankruptcy and criminal charges if they don't pay outrageous fines based on fabricated accusations of things like "linking to a scientific journal from your website" (which is now a crime in the U.S. if you sell nutritional products).
These are all the actions of governmental tyrants who act solely as Big Business street thugs, wiping out the competition to protect the profits of their (mob) bosses.
#4 They're both based on arrogance and the worship of money
Arrogance runs high in Western Medicine, where clever men at the top of the pharmaceutical companies think they've outsmarted mother nature by brainwashing consumers into thinking the human body is born with deficiencies of patented synthetic chemicals. This same arrogance is woven directly into the fabric of Wall Street, where greed-based financial players convince themselves they're so brilliant that the mere idea of how to make money is now recorded as a bankable asset on the balance sheets (that's the Enron style of accounting, which has now infected all of Wall Street).
The arrogance in both these industries is astounding. Neither Western Finance nor Western Medicine believes there is such a thing as a reality that shall ever hold them accountable. They don't believe in gold, or real food, or cause and effect. Things are things because they say they are, and nothing is subject to economic reality, scientific scrutiny or real-world common sense.
These two industries have been living in the Twilight Zone for so long, they've completely lost touch with reality. In fact, they no longer have any familiarity with reality. Doctors, for example, have no knowledge of nutrition or superfoods. They are nutritionally illiterate the day they graduate from medical school. Similarly, bankers are almost universally ignorant of the basic laws of economics. Few understand how fractional-reserve banking really works, nor do they grasp the correlations between increases in the money supply and inflation.
Bankers and doctors, it could be accurately stated, have almost no knowledge about the very things over which they have been granted authority.
(For the record, yes I know there are many exceptions to this. Lots of well-educated bankers and doctors break out of the box of ignorance by learning, on their own, those things not taught to them in the land of academia.)
#5 They both seek instant profits at the expense of future generations
Western financial institutions are famous for their focus on the next fiscal quarter. If it doesn't create a profit in the next 90 days, it's not considered a worthwhile investment. This "instant profit" mentality inevitably leads to an abandonment of virtues like saving money or honoring future generations. Instead of leaving our children with equity, the United States of America (and its financial co-conspirators) have burdened future generations with an impossible debt burden.
Pharmaceutical companies think much the same way. Rather than uplifting the health of the nation with sound prenatal nutrition policies (and infant health programs based on disease prevention), it seeks to vaccinate and medicate every living being with a never-ending parade of high-profit pharmaceuticals... from birth to death. There is no attention paid to the environmental effects of flushing all those drugs down the drain (pharmaceuticals are now found in the drinking water of over 50 American cities), nor is there any attempt to actually prevent cancer (or other diseases) in any way whatsoever.
Instead, Western Medicine prefers to wait until people get sick so it can cash in on their disease. Similarly, Western Finance prefers to hide its problems, expanding its debt base until it gets too big to fail, at which point someone has to come along and bail it out.
Neither industry operates with any degree of accountability.
#6 Both are run by unindicted criminals
If I break into your house and steal your wallet, I would be considered a criminal. But when Congress breaks into your finances and steals your life savings, they consider themselves to be heroes!
Make no mistake: Both the Western Finance and Western Medical industries are run by unindicted criminals who steal, lie, and deceive their way to the greatest profits possible. Drug companies routinely bury studies they don't want you to see, and FDA leaders routinely stack their decision boards with "experts" who maintain direct financial ties to the companies selling the pharmaceuticals they're voting to approve.
Meanwhile, top bankers are shelling out hundreds of millions of dollars in favors to Washington politicians in order to avoid any reduction in their multi-million dollar salaries, even while the financial institutions they led are about to be bailed out by taxpayer money. What all this has in common is that the top CEOs, politicians and regulatory decision makers are unindicted criminals who are guilty of various crimes against the People: Theft, conspiracy, racketeering and much more.
If these people were held up to the same laws applied to you and me, they'd all be arrested and spend their lives in prison (or worse).
#7 Both are doomed to collapse
The final parallel between Western Finance and Western Medicine? They're both doomed to collapse.
That very idea was considered absolutely loony just 30 days ago. But I've stuck to this prediction for five years: Western medicine is doomed to collapse. And now, all of a sudden, more people are waking up and seeing their fictional world crumbling around them. The near-collapse of the global financial system, it seems, has rudely awakened a few people who were sleepwalking through life, intoxicated by visions of free riches, free pharmaceuticals and life in the land of zero accountability.
Reality, though, is a stubborn thing. You can daydream all you want, but the laws of economics cannot be violated any more so than the laws of human physiology. When there's a poison in the system (biologically or financially speaking), something must be done to eliminate the poison and bolster the health of the patient. Sadly, Washington remains in the business of denying the problem, which makes it all the more difficult to try to solve it.
Interestingly, the collapse of Western Finance is inevitably linked to the collapse of Western Medicine. How so? Because Big Pharma is almost entirely dependent on the government to protect and feed itself. Without Big Government creating an artificial monopoly market where competing natural products are censored or outlawed, Big Pharma could not compete!
Nobody would buy arthritis drugs if they knew cherry extracts or potent fish oils could solve the problem more safely and affordably. No one would buy high-profit cholesterol drugs if they learned the truth about red yeast rice, aged garlic or policosanol.
Big Pharma is entirely dependent on the government to prop up its business, and when the U.S. government goes operationally bankrupt (which is coming), Big Pharma may suddenly find itself competing in a free marketplace where it no longer has the tools of oppression, censorship and tyranny to bludgeon the competition into irrelevancy. When Big Government goes, Big Pharma will follow, and the collapse of Western Finance is thus a precursor to the collapse of Western Medicine.
Both institutions, of course, will attempt to claw their way back to power, even as they are crumbling. They won't go without a fight, and they may be able to put in place clever tactics that delay their demise by years. But in the end, no nation has a future when its finance -- and its medicine -- are based on fraud.
Think about that. It's a powerful realization. The U.S. simply cannot continue the way it's running today. With 50% of the population on pharmaceuticals, and children being drugged with Speed (ADHD drugs), and mandatory vaccines poisoning (and killing) young girls, there is no future unless something changes.
With junk foods and energy drinks intoxicating our youth, and dangerous chemicals running rampant through the personal care product industry, and foods being irradiated to destroy their nutritional content, there is no future.
With banks stealing money from the working taxpayers, and $10 trillion national debt knocking on our door, and the government taking ownership of more than 50% of the national economy, there is no future!
The real world will be a shock to many
The end of these systems is now in sight. They are crumbling under their own arrogance and stupidity, revealing a society based on self-righteous deception and global scandal. Everything we thought was real turns out to be fabricated: The money, the medicine, the economy, the law... it's all being revealed for what it is: A Matrix of enslavement, designed to keep the People believing they live in a free society, even as their health and wealth are stolen from them by the sinister few who wield political power.
Western Finance will fall, and Western Medicine will soon end its reign of terror over the people. We will live to see the end of the FDA as we know it; the end of the AMA, the cancer industry and the dominance of the drug companies. We may lose our savings and we may even lose our nation, but we will not lose the one thing that matters most in this cold, dark universe: Our sense of connection with life, nature and each other.
Because when all the fictions fall apart, and the facade of the American Empire crumbles like the twin towers on 9/11, when it's all said and done, we still have one thing we can count on: Mother Nature.
Nature will still be there. The trees, the gardens, the herbs... these things are real. The water, the oceans, the honeybees... these are the things that bring us real wealth.
Wealth is not a collection of digits in a computer. It isn't a promise printed on green paper money. Real wealth is a garden that feeds you, a river that hydrates you, and a system of medicine that nourishes and supports you. Real wealth is a day with sunshine, a night under the stars and a life lived with purpose.
Real wealth is not fleeting, nor subject to cascading collapse. It is as real as the morning dew on a cabbage plant, or the sweet taste of fresh blueberry juice, or the buzz of ten thousand honeybees pollinating an orchard.
These are the things Western society has forgotten, and in that forgetfulness, it has suffered a dangerous, multi-generational amnesia ... a disease of delusion, if you will, that is about to collide head-on with reality.
The awakening will be rude. Some will embrace reality and thrive in the Next Society. Others will deny reality and suffer.

Technical comments: While the outcome of Western Finance and Western Medicine are not in doubt, the timing of their demise is uncertain. The financial system could break and collapse in weeks, or it could possibly limp along in a severe recession for decades (a la Japan, circa 1989), depending on the actions of foreign central banks and the Federal Reserve.
Western Medicine will likely take many years to unravel and be replaced by a new system based on reality. But a collapse of the U.S. government would accelerate that shift by taking the FDA out of the equation. Without the FDA to enforce Big Pharma's monopolistic, racketeering practices, natural products would quickly take over the free market and Big Pharma would quickly shrink. Remember this: FDA employees are only one paycheck away from complete disloyalty. The entire U.S. government is held together by a long supply line of fragile paychecks. The whole system could unravel in less than 30 days if foreign nations stop buying U.S. debt.

Cancer Update From John Hopkins

No plastic containers in microwave.
No water bottles in freezer.
No plastic wrap in microwave.
A dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic
bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital ,
was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.
He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the
microwave using plastic containers...
This especially applies to foods that contain fat.
He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin
into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body...
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic
containers for heating food... You get the same results, only without the dioxin.
So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc.,
should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper.
It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away
from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons...
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when
placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high
heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.

The FTC launched "Operation False Cures" !!
NaturalNews) The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) today launched "Operation False Cures," a coordinated scheme to censor natural cancer remedies and financially destroy companies offering them for sale. In doing so, the FTC joins the criminals at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) who currently operate an extortion racket that works by threatening health supplement companies with legal action unless they settle with the FDA by paying them million of dollars. Both the FTC and FDA work to protect the interests of the pharmaceutical companies by discrediting or outlawing competing natural cures that work better, more safely and more affordably than FDA-approved pharmaceuticals.
In order to understand what's really going on with the FTC, the key question to ask yourself is simply this: Are there such things as anti-cancer nutrients?
In other words, do anti-cancer nutrients actually exist in the real world?
Of course they do. Broccoli is loaded with them. So is green tea. Zinc is anti-cancer, selenium is anti-cancer, and rainforest herbs are absolutely loaded with anti-cancer nutrients. Vitamin D is such a strong anti-cancer nutrient that, all by itself, it prevents an astonishing 77% of all cancer, and this is all published in peer-reviewed science journals.
Turmeric is anti-cancer, especially when combined with black pepper. So is resveratrol, seaweed, spirulina, chlorella, brown seaweed extract, raw foods, sprouted foods, cabbage, onions, garlic and a thousand other foods.
Now get this: The FTC doesn't believe anti-cancer nutrients exist!
That's where this whole story enters bizarro land. The FTC, you see, doesn't believe anybody should be able to state on any website that there is such a thing as an anti-cancer nutrient. Period! According to the FTC, anyone even mentioning a "cure for cancer" is automatically a quack, regardless of the science backing their position.
Why won't the FTC question the fraud of Big Pharma?
That's because the real intent of the FTC is, of course, to shut down the health supplements industry, thereby protecting its corporate buddies in Big Pharma. Notice how the FTC never goes after the fraudulent advertising and outrageously false health claims of drug companies?
I mean, if you're going to protect consumers from dangerous substances being sold, then there's no better place to start than with Big Pharma. Its drugs kill 100,000 Americans a year. What does the FTC have to say about that? Nothing.
How about the fraudulent science, the censored negative studies, the criminal price fixing practices and the monopoly racket run by Big Pharma and the FDA... does the FTC spend any effort looking into that? Of course not.
What about the fact that FDA and Big Pharma are running a monopolistic price fixing scheme that allows some drugs to be sold at more than 500,000% markups over their manufacturing prices? Americans pay the highest prices in the world -- by far -- for their prescription drugs, and the drug control authorities trap Americans into monopoly pricing by banning imports from Canada and other countries. It's blatant monopolistic pricing, and if it were happening to T-shirts, cars or software, the FTC would leap right in and start suing the companies involved. But when it concerns pharmaceuticals, the FTC remains silent, covering its eyes to the interstate commerce crimes being committed right now by the pharmaceutical industry.
Why the FTC is a threat to America
The FTC isn't looking out for you folks, it's just part of the criminal gang that's taking away your Free Speech, suppressing your access to truthful information about natural cancer cures, and harming tens of millions of Americans in the process. It's just another corrupt, government-run group of con artists who delude themselves into thinking they're protecting people by suppressing information about cancer cures.
You see, the official position of the U.S. government, the drug industry and the entire medical system is that cancer cures don't exist! That's astonishing, given that I've personally spoken to hundreds (maybe thousands) of people who CURED cancer using raw foods, nutritional supplements, anti-cancer herbs and alternative therapies.
I've personally spoken with people who have cured pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, skin cancer, bone cancer, throat cancer, thyroid cancer and all sorts of other cancers. I suppose, according to the FTC, I must have been imagining all these conversations. Maybe I'm hallucinating from eating too much vitamin C, and now I'm dreaming up imaginary conversations with people who claim to have cured cancer. That's apparently what the FTC believes.
You see, the FTC has fallen in line with all the other health system criminals operating in the United States today by declaring there is no cure for cancer. It's like claiming "The Earth is flat!" It's such outmoded, ignorant thinking that I can only laugh in total disgust at the so-called "intelligent" people making that argument.
Of course, it's in the interests of the cancer industry to keep everybody completely misinformed about cancer cures. They can't afford to let you learn the truth about how easy it is to cure cancer. Cancer cures are so commonplace now that you'd have to actually make a conscious effort not to see them.
You can cure cancer with infrared sauna therapies (detox through sweat) combined with the Max Gerson diet (www.Gerson.org), a raw foods diet, superfood supplements, and even things like insulin potentiation therapy, ultraviolet irradiation of your blood, oxygen therapy, Chinese medicine herbs and a whole host of other natural therapies that really work. You can't find most of these therapies offered in the United States because all the natural cancer doctors have either been arrested or fled the country due to the outright oppression of any medical technology outside the toxic chemotherapy and radiation protocols.
Curing cancer, as one Chinese medicine doctor once told me, is easier than curing the common cold. But you'll probably have to leave the USA to actually participate in a cure, since curing or treating the cause of cancer (or just about any disease) has been outlawed in the U.S.
Eliminating cancer tumors and boosting natural immune function is so incredibly easy that it takes the cancer industry billions of dollars a year in propaganda just to try to hide the truth from people. The FTC and FDA, for their part, use taxpayer money to continue the charade, so they essentially have unlimited funds to pursue their cancer propaganda and disinformation campaigns.
Only the internet allows people to learn the truth about cancer, and of course they're trying to shut that down, too. Only a few organizations like NaturalNews -- which sells no supplements whatsoever -- remains insulated from the orchestrated attacks on free speech now being waged by the FTC and FDA. Together, these two government monstrosities have become a force of death and destruction, laying waste to the health education of the American People, enforcing ignorance and health illiteracy that keeps the People enslaved in a fraudulent cancer racket offering nothing but bankruptcy and death.
Operation False Information
If anything, the FTC's announcement today should be called Operation False Information, because that's what it's all about: Spreading lies and disinformation about cancer cures, hoping to dissuade people from learning the truth about the very real cancer cures that exist right now.
In taking this position, the FTC has joined the ranks of the criminally-operated FDA, EPA, DEA and USDA, all of which now operate as taxpayer-funded branches of Big Pharma that seek to destroy anything that competes with drug profits and the "culture of death" permeating American society. From a Biblical perspective, these organizations would be considered satanic, as if they were possessed by the devil himself. If this were Lord of the Rings, they would be like the Dark Lord Sauron, raising armies of orcs to spread darkness and death across the land in the quest for power and control.
Make no mistake: The FTC is waging war against the People, much like the FDA, and it will stop at nothing to discredit, destroy and bankrupt the natural products industry in its desperate, evil-minded efforts to enslave Americans in the Big Pharma system of medical control.
Because, let's face it: Any organization that claims there is no cure for cancer is delusional. They also claim there's no cure for diabetes, or heart disease, or osteoporosis. In fact, these delusional government people believe there is no cure for ANY disease! That's right: They don't believe there is any such thing as a cure for anything.
That's a serious sign of complete detachment from reality. These people are more delusional than a bunch of DEA agents smoking up the crack they confiscated from the local crack house. They are high on their power and steeped in ignorance. They know nothing of the real world and operate from a fictional set of delusions they're now trying to imprint upon the American people.
To say there's no such thing as a natural cure for cancer is to instantly label yourself a moron. There are hundreds of natural cures for cancer, and people are curing themselves every day, using no pharmaceuticals, no chemotherapy, no irradiation and no doctors. And it's that reality that scares the bejeezus out of the cancer industry. No doctors? Well how on earth are they supposed to make their money if people can cure cancer themselves?
That's the whole point, actually: While I want to set you free with the knowledge and power to heal yourself (and I have nothing to gain from you curing cancer, by the way), the cancer industry has everything to lose if you are empowered with knowledge and informed about natural cancer cures that really work. If you're cancer free, they'll lose your business, and the cancer industry is far more concerned about its own revenues than your health, believe me.
Is there such a thing as false advertising of natural cures?
Of course there is. Not all cancer cures on the internet are honest. But the FTC doesn't limit its targeted to just false promises. The FTC, by its own admission, believes that ANY mention of a cancer "cure" is, by itself, fraudulent. Thus, it throws the baby out with the bathwater by targeting all products that claim to cure cancer.
Now, if you want to talk about false cures, let's talk about the chemotherapy industry, and the mammography industry, and the whole fraudulent system of oncology. A rigorous review of the scientific literature on chemotherapy reveals that chemotherapy simply doesn't work on 98% of people. It's a fraud all by itself. And even when it "works" to shrink tumors, it doesn't give people quality of life or restored health. It doesn't cure cancer, in other words. It merely poisons the patient.

The People's Protection Agency
I think we need a new agency called the People's Protection Agency (PPA). The PPA is tasked with making arrests of the top criminals at the FTC, FDA, DEA, USDA and other government racket groups that threaten the health and safety of the American People.
The PPA would have a list of certain people to arrest and prosecute for their crimes against humanity. It should be a completely non-violent organization, of course, but it should bring these unindicted criminals to justice and let all the evidence come out in a public forum where the truth is a matter of public record.
This list should include the top criminals at the FTC and FDA who are orchestrating these campaigns of health destruction and enforced ignorance against the American people.
I would hope that these criminals be brought to justice through proper arrest and prosecution, and I might even recommend that we grant them immunity in exchange for their full accounts of what happened (like many Nazi war criminals, or even the Apartheid criminals in South Africa) so that future generations can learn from the mistakes of our own.
It's time to end government-sponsored medical tyranny

An Australian team from the University of Queensland see little, if any, benefit in screening women under 50 years of age, but they do point out some of the serious negative effects - later ill effects from the radiation they are exposed to during the mammogram, the possibility that an existing tumor may spread due to the pressure exerted on the breast during screening, and the anxiety caused by frequent false- positive results. The Canadian researchers point out that a false-positive result may not only produce great stress, but may also lead to unnecessary biopsies and surgery. Exercise During Teen Years Reduces Future Breast Cancer Risk
(NaturalNews) Women who exercise regularly during their younger years are 23 percent less likely to develop breast cancer as adults, according to a new study conducted by researchers from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
Researchers questioned 65,000 female nurses between the ages of 24 and 42 about their exercise histories back to the age of 12, then followed them for six years. Women who had engaged in at least three hours and 15 minutes of vigorous activity, such as running, each week between the ages of 12 and 22 were 23 percent less likely to develop cancer during the study period than women who had not exercised that much. The same protective benefit seemed to accrue to women who engaged in 13 hours per week of moderate exercise - such as walking - instead.
Roughly a quarter of breast cancer cases occur in the age group examined in the current study. These earlier developing cases of breast cancer are generally more aggressive and dangerous.
The researchers were not clear on the mechanism by which exercise early in life helps prevent breast cancer later in life. It is known that exercise can decrease the levels of female sex hormones, such that there is a well-documented tendency of young runners and other athletes to have a delayed onset of menstruation. While the levels of exercise reported in the current study were nowhere near that level, some researchers believe that they may still cause slight changes in hormone levels, enough to affect cancer risk.
"This really points to the benefit of sustained physical activity from adolescence through the adult years, to get the maximum benefit," lead author Graham Colditz said.
Prior studies have demonstrated that exercise in middle age also decreases the risk of breast cancer.

Natural Remedies for Treating Parasites
(NaturalNews) According to the World Health Organization, 3.5 billion people suffer from some type of parasitic infection. Not all of these people live in third world countries; many in the developed world have any number of parasitic infections, some of which are so highly contagious that extremely casual contact with something that has been handled by an infected person can infect another person.
It is extremely easy to contract a parasite infection. Contaminated water is one source of infection. Improperly washed or undercooked food is a common means of infection. Transmission from pets is another. Contact with another infected person is also a common route of infection. Travel can escalate the risks. Antibiotics pose another problem because they interfere with normal intestinal flora, some which tend to control certain types of infection.
Acute parasite infection is usually characterized by greater or lesser abdominal distress and diarrhea, often urgent and attended by burning sensations and tremendous fluid loss. Only rarely is there any visible evidence of infection. Moreover, many laboratories fail to detect the presence of parasites even when presented with specimens from infected persons. It is therefore sometimes necessary for the patient to determine whether infection is likely and to self-administer some remedy since allopathic medicine requires a diagnosis before prescriptions can be written.
Once a condition has moved from acute to chronic, there may be alternating periods of constipation and diarrhea, abdominal distention and bloating, intestinal cramping followed by burning sensations and the sudden urge to eliminate. Generally, there is malabsorption of nutrients, especially fatty foods. Irritable bowel syndrome, blood sugar fluctuations, sudden food cravings, and extreme emaciation or weight gain are all possible symptoms -- but, as stated, not necessarily proof of parasitic infection.
Itching is a possible clue to infection, especially among children; however, the absence of itching does not mean there is no infection. The itching tends to be worst where there is moisture: nose, eyes, ears, and of course the anus. Skin sensitivity is also common: rashes, eczema-like conditions, and even serious eruptions.
Many parasites affect the nervous system and give rise to sleep disorders, such as insomnia. In children, hyperactivity is common, but adults may have symptoms ranging from depression to anxiety. Some parasites affect the brain and memory. In short, the part of the body affected depends on where the parasites have invaded: blood, intestines, liver, pancreas, kidneys, brain, etc. To make infection even more difficult to determine, add to this scenario the fact that many, if not most, parasites migrate so the symptoms could change depending on where the parasites are at any given time.
To get rid of parasites:
* Do a good parasite cleanse just in case -- such as one like Hulda Clark's. Her fluke theory of all cancers and diseases may be far-fetched, but her cleanses are excellent.
* Coconut oil - parasites hate it and it will help your liver (it helps keep the bile ducts open) and your balance of healthy fats too.

This is used to expel pinworms and treat malaria. Be sure to use the form artemisia annua, which is a famed anti-malarial herb that is in many parasitic formulas and has significant anti-cancer properties as well. While Artemisia annua is safe, Artemisia absinthium (also known as "wormwood") should be used cautiously due to its toxic and potentially addictive qualities.
* Black Walnut
Black walnut tincture and capsules are used for worms & parasitic infections.
* Cloves
Powdered cloves are used to kill larvae before they hatch. Cloves are among the most antibacterial spices known, but as we all know, a few cloves go a long way. Those with some familiarity with herbal medicine know that clove oil is also used to numb pain due to dental infection; but few know that part of the reason clove oil works so well is that it alleviates the infection. Cloves are antiseptic, bactericidal, and antiparasitic. For parasite cleansing, it is necessary to use fresh cloves that have not been irradiated.
